3i Infotech buys G4 Software Technologies

3i Infotech has acquired G4 Software Technologies (India).

According to a release issued by 3i to the BSE today, G4, is a niche company having about Rs 8.40 crore in annual revenue and about 50 people specializing in the in the area of payments services, back office exception processing solutions and business process integration services.
