3i Infotech completes $50 mn FCCB issue

3i Infotech sucessfully launched and completed its $50 million foreign currency convertible bond (FCCBs) issue.

"The offering has been fully subscribed and the conversion price for such bonds has been fixed at Rs 230 per share", the release added.
