Forty-two per cent of Indians are willing to pay a premium for prompt customer service, according to a recent KANTAR IMRB survey commissioned by American Express. The survey said that 66 per cent Indians would discontinue using a brand or product due to poor customer service, while 71 per cent would stop using it if the quality of the product or service depreciates
