7Seas Technologies Limited, a Hyderabad-based independent IP-based games development company, has entered into a partnership with US-based advertisement-supported mobile games and application distributor Greystripe.

The deal envisages distribution of free ad-supported mobile games to players worldwide.

Under the partnership, a collection of seven 7Seas’ 3D mobile games – Neetu-The Alien Killer, Kraze, Durby, Treasure Trove, Great Elude, 3D SuDoKu and Planets of SuDoKu – will be delivered through Greystripe's 100-odd catalog platform partners, in addition to their own site www.gamejump.com.

“Besides, Greystripe’s entire catalogue of 800-odd games will be distributed through 7Seas’ mobile web portal www.mobizill.com.

The partnership will see the two companies team up to distribute advertising-funded games for mobile devices worldwide,” L Maruthi Sanker,  managing director of 7Seas Technologies, said here on Tuesday.

Greystripe is the world’s first advertisement-supported mobile games and applications distributor. Its developerless technology to ad-enabled games is designed to let publishers generate ad revenue by serving ads through their games.

The company currently serves ads into more than 900 game titles from 100 publishers supporting over 1,400 handset models.
