Aakash Institute opens more branches

Delhi-based Aaakash Institute of Careers opened its branch office in Amritsar for preparing students for medical entrance tests. This is the institute's first branch in Punjab, and with this, the institute has 17 centres in the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Aakash Institue Managing Director J C Choudhary said, "This is our effort to bring the same quality of teaching and preparation in medical entrance examination to Punjab, which has brilliant students who till now were denied such excellence." Now, students of Punjab can stay in the comforts of their homes and prepare for there Medical Entrance Examination."

He said, "A plethora of private coaching institutes exist in Delhi and Amritsar, as well as in various parts of the country. We at Aakash Institue, have a pool of such talented and dedicated teachers, have produced excellent results in the medical Entrance exams. At present we claim predominance in India in preparing students for Medical Entrance Exams."

He further added, "In 2005 alone, our 1079 students were successful in securing M B B S seats in various medical colleges through medical entrance like CBSE, AIIMS, JIPMER, CET-Chandigarh, Punjab- PMT etc."

According to, Prinicipal, Amritsar Branch, J C Wadhera, "Earlier the students have to opt for Chandigarh to seek coaching, as we have our branch there also, but with the opening of this centre, the students of the city as well as nearby town would be benefited."

He further added, "So far Amritsar, is concerned, there is hardly any institute who can impart coaching in all medical stream subjects like, Zoology, Botany, Chemistry and Physics under one roof, so we have edge over other institutes.

Commenting upon the Mantra of Success of the institute, Chaudhary said," Needless to say, this all could be possible only due to blessings of the almighty, proper planning at the institute, sharp implementation of the planning, taking timely feedback from the students regarding their level of satisfaction at the institute & follow up action to plug the shortcoming pointed out by the students from time to time.

In 17 years of its existence, Aakash has reached at the top in India by making more than 5600 students successful in securing MBBS seats in various medical colleges through C.B.S.E Jt. Ent. Exam., & other Medical Entrance Exams.
