Aarti Inds board to consider bonus issue

The board of directors of Aarti Industries will meet on December 29, 2004 to consider isue of bonus shares.

According to a release issued to the BSE today, the board will also consider amalgamation of subsidiary companies Aarti Healthcare & Avinash Drugs with the company.
