ACC June despatches up 10%

Associated Cement Companies (ACC) today reported a 10.49% increase in despatches at 14.74 lakh tonne as against 13.34 lakh tonne in June 2004.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, production increased to 14.45 lakh tonne from 13.14 lakh tonne.

Cumulative despatches in Q1 (April-June 2005) moved up 11% to 45.68 lakh tonne from 41.27 lakh tonne. Production increased to 45.45 lakh tonne from 41.52 lakh tonne, the release added.
