ACC net profit dips 31% to Rs 1,077.5 cr in 2010

ACC Ltd clocked over 31 per cent dip in consolidated net profit at Rs 1,077.53 crore for the year 2010 on subdued prices, contacted sales and high raw material costs. “Profits were hit by a fall in selling prices as well as by escalations in the costs of major inputs like slag, fly ash, coal and power,” the company said in a release.
