ACC Nov despatches up 7.5%

Associated Cement Companies (ACC) today reported a 7.49% increase in November despatches at 1.478 million tonne from 1.375 million tonne in November 2004.

According to an official release issued by the company today, production increased 5.61% to 1.506 million tonne in November from 1.426 million tonne in the corresponding month last year.

Cumulative production increased 5.49% to 11.401 million tonne betweem April- November this year as compared to 10.807 million tonne in the same period last year.

Cumulative despatches in the April-November period increased 6.08% to 11.418 million tonne from 10.763 million tonne between April-November 2004, the release added.
