ACC Q2 net drops 15% to Rs 351cr

ACC today reported a 15% decline in net profit at Rs 351.24 crore for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007 when compared with Rs 413.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.

According to a release issued to the BSE today, total income moved up to Rs 1,896.25 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 as against Rs 1,481.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.

The board has recommended an interim dividend of 100% i.e Rs 10 per equity share of Rs 10 each.
