Cement major ACC today said it has raised Rs 300 crore through the issue of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
"The company has successfully completed the issue of 3000 secured non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 300 crore," ACC said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
"The bond carries a coupon of 8.45 per cent par payable annually and is for a tenor of 5 years," it added.
Shares of ACC today closed at Rs 814.35, down 1.39 per cent on the BSE.
