ACK Media adds Brainwave to existing list of brands

ACK Media has added Brainwave, a science magazine for class 3-8 to its existing list of India’s most loved brands Amar Chitra Katha, Tinkle and Karadi tales. "Science has traditionally been a vast all-encompassing subject, engendering interest and mistrust in equal quantities among its students. It is for this reason that difficult concepts in science must be imparted with a light touch and great creativity, for lasting impact on young minds”, said Vinayak Varma, editor Brainwave, ACK Media.

Priced at Rs 75, with a launch offer of Rs 60, Brainwave is a monthly Science magazine for the kids of 7–13 years of age. It takes a liberal view of what science constitutes, spanning pure sciences to applied sciences, technology, design, conservation and ecology. It communicates these topics in a light, entertaining and informative way, coupled with stylish illustrations and photographs sourced from a group of very talented contributors.
