Ackruti City Q4 standalone net at Rs 66 cr

Realty firm Ackruti City today said it has earned a standalone net profit of Rs 65.73 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2010.

However, the firm had incurred a net loss of Rs 118.95 crore in the same period last fiscal, Ackruti City said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Standalone total income climbed to Rs 165.07 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 88.61 crore during the same period year ago.

Its consolidated net profit dropped by 54.10 per cent to Rs 171.78 crore in the year ended March 31, 2010, the filing further said.

 

The company had a consolidated net profit of Rs 264.73 crore in the last fiscal, it added.

Consolidated total income increased to Rs 557.13 crore in the year under review from Rs 435.16 crore in the 12-month period last year.

For the year ended March 31, 2010, the company's standalone net profit fell to Rs 174.95 crore from Rs 263.78 crore in the 12-month period last fiscal.

Standalone total income rose to Rs 476.03 crore in the year under review from Rs 440.99 crore a year ago.

Shares of the company closed at Rs 477, up 1.15 per cent from previous close on the BSE.
