Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that it has repurchased and canceled US $ 2.5 million outstanding 1.50 per cent Secured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) due in 2012 and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
With the above mentioned buyback the company has completed 100 per cent buyback of US $9 million Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds issued and allotted in the year June, 2007.
