The Aditya Birla group today said its cement production for the period April-May has risen 2.33 per cent to 54.32-lakh metric tonne (MT), against 53.08 lakh MT in the year-ago period.

</p><p class='TableClas'>Cement production in May rose by 2.50 per cent at 26.97 lakh MT, while dispatches were up 0.82 per cent to 26.58 lakh MT in May, the release said.</P>
