Aditya Birla Money, the broking arm of Aditya Birla Financial Services Group, has appointed Vivek Mahajan as Head of Research. Before joining Aditya Birla Money, Vivek held the post of Senior Vice President and Head - Equity Research and Advisory Function in HSBC InvestDirect Securities.
Mahajan, an engineer and MBA with specialisation in finance, has over two decades of experience. As the Research Head, Mahajan will monitor the investment scenario (domestic and international) with specific focus on companies, sectors and market related issues and use these insights to help shape investment strategy.
He will devise research strategy in line with organisational requirements, with timely introduction of new products to suit requirements of different investor classes.
