Aditya Birla Nuvo to raise Rs 4,000cr

Aditya Birla Nuvo to raise Rs 4,000 crore through preferential allotments of warrants to promoters / promoters group.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the board has apporved the issue of 2.05 crore warrants of face value of Rs 10 each to promoter / promoter group on preferential allotment basis, entitling the holder of warrant to apply for and obtain allotment of one equity share against each warrant for an aggregate amount of Rs 4,000 crore.

Futher, the board has convened an Extra Ordinary General Meeting for the approval of the aforesaid preferential issue / allotment on February 6.
