Aditya Birla Money today said it has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 2.70 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31.
The company had a net loss of Rs 2.12 crore during the same period in the previous fiscal.
Income from operations rose to Rs 27.45 crore for the quarter ended March 2010, while the same was Rs 14.60 crore during the same period in the corresponding fiscal, Aditya Birla Money said in a filing to the BSE.
For the year ended March 2010, the company reported a net profit of Rs 12.68 crore, while the same stood at Rs 1.20 crore in the last fiscal.
Shares of Aditya Birla Money today closed at Rs 52.75 on the BSE, up 3.74 per cent from previous close.
