Anil Ambani-promoted Adlabs Films has appointed adman and lyricist Prasoon Joshi as a director on the company's board.
Joshi is the Executive Chairman for McCann Worldgroup India and Regional Creative Director, Asia Pacific.
Joshi has replaced Pradeep Shah who has resigned due to his preoccupations, Adlabs Films said today in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
