Adlabs Films to issue pref shares at Rs 150/sh

The Board of Directors of Adlabs Films, at its meeting held on April 18, 2005, have approved the preferential issue of company's equity shares to BSMA at a price of Rs 150/- per share aggregating to $6 million, the company said in a release issued to the BSE.
