About 40-50 agitated buyers today protested outside Tivoli Daffodils, Chattarpur where Unitech AGM took place in the morning, against delay in delivery of their apartments by the company.
The buyers of Unitech Uniworld Gardens were holding various banners and posters for a peaceful protest against Unitech. They had also protested at MG Road Gurgaon early this month.
A buyer, who was present in the protest, said there was police security outside the venue and protesters were asked to move away from the venue.
Though, the company maintained that there were only 15-20 people protesting outside. According to a Unitech spokesperson, “We have submitted to the state town planner and other relevant authorities that we will start delivery of Uniworld Gardens from the first quarter of 2014.”
