Agro Tech, Narayana Hrudayala join hands to save hearts

Agro Tech Foods Limited, a Rs 1,200 crore FMCG company, has joined hands with Narayana Hrudayala, a heartcare hospital in the country, to work towards the cause of heartcare of children.
 
Sundrop Heart, an edible oil product of the company, will donate Re 1 to the hospital on every one litre of its product sold, for a period of three months starting September 15, for the treatment of children with heart ailments. This announcement coincides with the World Heart Day being celebrated on September 25, a press release said.
 
In addition, Agro Tech Foods is also undertaking body mass index checks, a clinical measure for obesity.
 
These checks will be conducted at key outlets across six metros "� Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
 
The company will soon be launching a booklet - Sundrop Healthy Heart Guide. The booklet will provide information on heart care along with recipes.
 
Sundrop Heart, in association with Apollo Health & Lifestyle Limited, is also sending direct mailers to 50,000 consumers offering them a subsidised Apollo Heart Check and a discount coupon on Sundrop Heart.
