National flag carrier Air-India has shortlisted Accenture, ICICI Securities and AT Kearney, of which one would appointed as consultant for the proposed Air-India and Indian Airlines merger. The shortlisted companies will be provided detailed terms of reference to enable them to submit their final technical and financial bids. The board sub committee will meet again in the second week of July for a final decision on the appointment of the consultant. For the consultancy job, Accenture has tied up with Ambit Corporate Finance while ICICI Securities is bidding in association with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, NM Rothschild & Sons, Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation and MV Kini & Co. AT Kearney is with JM Morgan Stanley and Amarchand Mangaldas. |
