Air Deccan flights to Chennai

Air Deccan, country' first low cost airline, plans to scale up its Bangalore-Chennai flights to 12 from present three flights.

According to Gopinath, "We have an ambition to make it a flight every hour to Chennai."

"With Bangalore being considered as the Silicon Valley of India and Chennai fast growing into an IT hub, there has been a tremendous increase in traffic between the two cities. Time being an expensive commodity; we intend providing flights between 6 am and 9 pm.
