Air Mauritius, after adding Dubai to its route network recently, has now trained its sight on additional frequencies to India.

The new destinations in India that the airline is looking at are Hyderabad, Bangalore and Calcutta.

Air Mauritius has recently acquired an A319 and expects to add another one soon. An ATR 72 will also join its fleet by the end of the month.

While the ATR will operate on regional destinations such as Madagascar and other islands close to the country, the new A 319 may be deployed for the new destinations planned in India.
