Aksh Optifibre to transfer manufacturing undertaking

Aksh Optifibre informed BSE today that the company has executed an agreement for sale of its manufacturing undertakings engaged in manufacturing optic fibre, optic fibre cable, ERP rods and other telecom cables at Bhiwadi and Reengus in Rajasthan to its wholly owned subsidiary namely Aksh Technologies, on a going concern basis.

The appointed date of transfer is April 1, 2009.
