Allahabad Bank Q3 net up 28% at Rs 286cr

Allahabad Bank has posted a 28% increase in net profit at Rs 286.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 (Q3FY07) when compared with Rs 224.30 crore for (Q3FY06).

According to an official release issued by the bank to the BSE today, total income has increased to Rs 1430.44 crore for Q3FY07, from Rs 1095.58 crore for Q3FY06.
