Allied Irish Banks sues Oracle Financial Services

Oracle Financial Services Software has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that  its customer in Ireland, Allied Irish Banks plc (AIB), has filed a lawsuit against the company and one of its subsidiaries, in the Irish High Court.

AIB is claiming damages of upwards of Euro 84 million alleging breach of contract, misrepresentation and negligence.

The allegation raised by AIB are being by the company, and the company will also be counter-claiming against AIB for breach of contract and outstanding fees, Oracle Financial Services Software informed in a press statement.
