Amara Raja to supply batteries to 'Maruti Swift'

Amara Raja Batteries are to be major suppliers of the premium range of Amaron Zero Maintenance, long lasting batteries to 'Maruti Swift', the latest offering from Maruti Udyog.

According to a release issued by Amara Raja Batteries to the BSE, the company has ongoing OE agreements with Maruti, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Honda, General Motors, Fiat & Hindustan Motors and is exclusive supplier to Daimler Chrysler, Ford and Swaraj Mazda.
