In what will see the entire Ambani family gather at the small town of Chorwad in Gujarat, their ancestral home will be converted and opened as 'Dhirubhai H Ambani Memorial' in the memory of the late founder of the country's largest industrial conglomerate, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).

The bungalow where the RIL founder, Dhirubhai Ambani, spent his childhood is to be opened by the entire family including the estranged brothers Mukesh and Anil Ambani as a 'Dhirubhai H Ambani Memorial'. According to an official statement issued by RIL on Monday, the memorial will be inaugurated by the late industry patriarch's wife Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani, two sons Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani, daughters Dipti Salgaonkar and Neena Kothari, alongwith all family members.

The company informed that the Dhirubhai H Ambani Memorial will house three sections including a pictorial gallery, old house of Dhirubhai and an auditorium. The Dhirubhai H Ambani Memorial was founded by Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani.

The Memorial is aimed at depicting the efforts Dhirubhai made to realise his dreams of establishing one of the largest business empires, apart from offering an opportunity to know the late business tycoon's personality, the official communique further stated. While the pictorial gallery shows Dhirubhai's life-journey through pictures, his old dwelling is being arranged the way it was. The auditorium, on the other hand, is being developed for screening a short film on Dhirubhai Ambani's life.
