Amtek Auto to issue $150mn FCCBs

The members of Amtek Auto, at their EGM held yesterday, have decided to issue foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) of $150 million.

According to a release issued by Amtek Auto to the BSE, the members have increased the borrowing limit of the company from Rs 1,000 crore to Rs 2,000 crore.
