AMW inks pact with Himachal Gramin Bank

AMW,manufacturers of heavy commercial vehicles today siged an agreement with the Himachal Gramin Bank for easy funding of AMW’s complete product range.

“The agreement with Himachal Gramin Bank which has a large presence in the state will ensure customers can avail easy loans and finance to purchase heavy vehicles among other AMW products,” said Rajesh Mangal CMO AMW.

He said markets in northern India are migrating from the convenstional six wheel to 10-12 wheel haulage segment.This opens up a large potential for the 25 and 31 tonne commercial vehicles.

AMW has introduced products that are customised to the highly demanding construction and haulage segment,he said.

 

“A trend setting air conditioned cabin now comes as a standard fitment in all AMW trucks,”Mangal said.

The company has its manufacturing plant in Bhuj in Gujarat.The plant has an installed capacity of 50,000 trucks per year.

It also has a capacity of 12,000 fully built vehicles and 4000 trailers per annum.Besides the ability to build 15 million wheel rims.
