Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd posted a net profit of Rs 12.68 crore for the quarter ended June 30, up three-fold over Rs 4.31-crore earned in the same period last year. Revenues more than doubled to Rs 157.22 crore from Rs 72.96 crore. Cost of materials doubled to Rs 119.21 crore, which constituted 88% of the total expenditure.
