Anil joins boards of four RIL spin-off firms

 Two Mukesh Ambani representatives - Sandeep Tandon and L V Merchant - have resigned from the boards of all the four companies.

 The four companies - Reliance Communications Ventures, Reliance
Capital Ventures, Reliance Energy Ventures and Reliance Natural Resources - had three-member boards including two nominees of Reliance Industries and a representative of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG).
