Anil's open offer for Rel Cap at Rs 231/shr

Anil D Ambani and AAA Enterprises have made an open offer to buy up to 5.14 crore equity shares of Reliance Capital at Rs 231 per share.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company is the manager to the offer.

The offer represents 20% of the fully expanded voting equity capital of Reliance Capital, the release said.

"The specified date for the offer is June 24, 2005. The offer will open on August 11, 2005, and close on August 30, 2005," the release added.
