Anil Singhvi quits Guj Ambuja, Kapur new MD

Anil Singhvi, managing director and board member of Gujarat Ambuja Cements, has submitted his resignation. The board, which met today, has accepted the same with effect from close of the working hours on April 30, 2007.

The board has appointed A L Kapur, presently whole-time director, as managing director with effect from May 1, 2007.
