Anil Singhvi, non-executive director on the board of 63 Moons Technologies, earlier Financial Technologies (India), has resigned from his post.
The board accepted Singhvi’s resignation at a meeting on Friday. Suresh Salvi, a retired Indian Administrative Service, will replace Singhvi, the company said in a BSE filing.
Salvi has 40 years of experience in leading various government and corporate organisations. He has held senior positions, including that of secretary to the government, municipal commissioner, managing director & CEO, district collector among others with the government of Maharashtra.
He also worked as president at NMSEZ & MSEZ (Reliance Group SEZ Project). Salvi was also a consultant at Tata Consultancy Services for the implementation and execution of software development project for the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act.
“The rich experience of Salvi, in both public and private sectors, will contribute significantly to 63 Moons,” said Venkat Chary, non-executive chairman of 63 Moons.
