The Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group today said it was planning to list the shares of Reliance Communication Ventures, Reliance Energy Ventures, Reliance Capital Ventures and Global Fuel Management Services in the first quarter of the next financial year.

"We will endeavour to list these companies at the earliest, in the first quarter of 2006," a statement issued by the group said. The statement said investors whose names would appear in the register of members of Reliance Industries on January 25 would get shares of these companies free.

The Reliance Industries board had announced in August the creation of four new entities in telecom, coal-based energy, gas-based energy and financial services.

Prior to that, Anil Ambani had announced that a Reliance Industries shareholder, for every 100 shares held, would have about five shares of Reliance Capital, seven of Reliance Energy, and 100 each of Global Fuel Management Services and Reliance Communications Ventures.

He had said the equity share capital of Reliance Capital Ventures and Reliance Energy Ventures would be Rs 1,223 crore each. Global Fuel Management Services and Reliance Communications Ventures will each have an equity share capital of Rs 611 crore.
