Ansal floats JV for healthcare facilities mgmt

Ansal Properties today formed a 49:51 joint venture with the Malaysian healthcare facilities management company Faber Group Behad to offer specialised healthcare facility management services.

Faber Group, which manages over 75 hospitals in Malaysia, will hold 51% equity in the new firm.

Sushil Ansal, chairman of Ansal Properties, said: "This venture will hep us add a completely new dimension of specialised facilities management services in the country."

The JV company, Faber Star Failities Management, will commence operations in May, and is aiming at a turnover of Rs 100 crore in the next 3-5 years, he added.
