Apollo Hospitals Q2 net down 53%

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has posted a 53% drop in net profit to Rs 23.6 crore for the quarter ended September 2007 (Q2FY08) when compared with Rs 50.2 crore for Q2FY07.

According to an official release issued by the company to the BSE today, total income has increased to Rs 281.7 crore for the quarter from Rs 223.4 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
