Apollo Tyres Q1 net zooms 187%

Apollo Tyres today reported a 187% increase in net profit at Rs 46.76 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 when compared with Rs 16.26 crore in Q1FY07.

According to a release issued to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 879.92 crore from Rs 757.37 crore in Q1FY07.
