Apple Pay, Apple’s much-hyped cashless payment service, will be available in Singapore next year, according to a press release by credit card provider American Express.
The company announced that consumers will be able to use Apple Pay with its products in Canada and Australia this year, and in Singapore, Spain, and Hong Kong in 2016. The service is currently only available in the US and the United Kingdom.
2016 will be big for Apple in Singapore, if indications about a possible Apple Store opening in the country prove to be true.
