As part of its expansion plans, the company is setting up three new manufacturing facilities at Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Panvel (Maharashtra), which are expected to start commercial operation by October 2008.
The company's manufacturing capacity will double to one lakh tonne once these facilities are commissioned.
Currently, the company has five manufacturing facilities- two in and around Hyderabad and one each in Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore, with a total capacity of 53,400 tonnes per annum.
The company, which manufactures 41 brand products, at present has more than 5,000 distributors spread across 22 Indian states with access to 69,000 dealers and around eight million farmers as its customers across the country.
The net sales of the company has increased by Rs 29.25 crore to Rs 103.38 crore during 2007-08, as against Rs 74.13 crore during 2006-07. The company aims to achieve Rs 200 crore sales turnover by 2009-10.

The new facility at Ahmedabad will cover an area of 10,000 sq ft and will have a production capacity of 19,800 tonnes per annum, which will be commissioned by August 2008.
The Lucknow facilty will cover an area of 11,500 sq ft with a capacity of 10,800 tonnes per annum and will start commercial operation by September 2008, while the proposed facility at Panvel will cover an area of 10,000 sq ft with a capacity of 16,200 tonnes per annum and will be commissioned by October 2008.
