Arrow Coated Products has reported 806 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 67.39 lakh in the third quarter of the current financial year on a turnover of Rs 10.77 crore, a rise of 479 per cent, compared with the same period last year.

Cranes Software net up 46%

Cranes Software has reported 46 per cent growth in net profit to Rs 22.5 crore for the third quarter of the current financial year compared with the same period of last financial year.

Eicher Motors net profit rises 48%

The Delhi-based Eicher Motors has posted 48.3 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 17.8 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2006, against Rs 12 crore in the same quarter last year.

Profit before tax increased 108 per cent at Rs 24.4 crore compared with Rs 11.7 crore in the previous quarter. Total income in the third quarter grew 25.4 per cent at Rs 499 crore compared with Rs 398 crore in the year ago period.

Sidharth Lal, managing director, Eicher Motor, said: "Market acceptance of our products has led to new orders and a significant increase in our sales volumes."
