Ashapura board to consider stock split

The board of directors of Ashapura Minechem will meet on January 30, 2006 to approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2005, and sub-division of shares.

This was announced in a release issued by the company to the BSE today.
