Asian Hotels (West), promoted by Sushil Gupta, has completed the acquisition of 50.49% stake in Innova Hotels and Resorts.
Innova Hotels owns and operates a 130 room contemporary boutique hotel under the Clarion Century brand in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
Asian Hotels (West) owns the premium Hyatt Regency hotel in Mumbai's Sahar area. Innova Hotels is promoted by Sushil Gupta's son Sandeep Gupta. Hillwood Corporation, USA holds 24% in Innova.
