Asian mkts weak, Nikkei slips 75pts

Asian markets were trading weak today morning with Japanese investors taking a cautious view ahead of earnings seasons and a string of national holidays next week known as the Golden Week.

The Nikkei was down 75 points at 17,381 in early noon deals. The Hong Kong and Shanghai indices were also weak today.
