Asian Star, one of the leading diamantaires of the world, posted a net profit Rs 22.56 crore for the first half of the present fiscal, an increase of 20.32 per cent over Rs 18.75 crore for the corresponding period last year.
Net Sales during the period rose 12 per cent to Rs. 720.34 crore from Rs 642.91 crore in the last fiscal.
