Aspri Spirits open for JV with Indian brands

Mumbai-based Aspri Spirits (Pvt) Ltd, one of the leading distributors of imported premium wines, spirits and beer in the country, has plans to enter into a JV (joint venture) with leading Indian brands for distribution of premium wines and spirits in the country. It is also planning to focus aggressively on strengthening its network in Asian countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal and Bhutan.

Speaking to Business Standard, Aspri Spirits Director Arun Kumar, who was in the city to promote imported wines through the Chandigarh wine club said, “We are open for JVs with Indian brands for sales and distribution of premium wines and spirits. Already, we have developed one of the largest sales and distribution networks in India, covering 22 states, which is our strength. We have offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. The Mumbai office caters to the West region and provides support to the North and the South offices in India. The Delhi office covers the strategically important markets of the North and Eastern India. While the Bangalore office covers the markets of South India. Further, we have our own warehouses and trade distribution licences in Mumbai and Delhi.”
