Asset Homes, a Kochi-based builder, has forayed into hospitality business by opening its first apartment hotel at Kalamasserry, near here. The Asset Summit apartment complex is the first-of-its-kind, full-fledged apartment hotel in the state. It has 90 suites of 500 sft each, and comes with modern amenities that promise a comfortable stay to its guests.
According to Mohammed Salim, managing director, Asset Homes, the apartment hotel provides a different ambience for tourists, business travellers, executives and foreigners. Its features include health club, multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet hall, ample car parking, wi-fi connectivity, travel desk and modern security arrangements.
This is a full-fledged business class hotel with a different ambience from a normal hotel, said Salim, adding that Asset Homes was the official accommodation partner of Miss Kerala 2010 contest. The contestants stayed at Asset Summit for their practice session.
Asset Homes’ next apartment project, Asset I-plus with 56 suites, near Info Park Kochi will be completed by January 2011.
